Our laboratories adopt gold standard clinical diagnostic technology such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay (ELISA), Chemiluminescence Enzyme Immuno Assay (CLEIA), Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), flow cytometry, and Inductive Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy (ICP-MS) to carry out high-accuracy tests across a wide range of laboratory medicine including haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, serology, and toxicology.
To establish Quest as the preferred private clinical laboratory in Singapore, providing the most comprehensive, innovative, and responsive services, so as to attain a high level of client satisfaction.
To be a market leader in the private pathology market and to be recognised as the preferred service provider with a reputation for excellence in technical quality and client servicing.
Designed to achieve optimal efficiency, Quest’s main laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, supported by Siemens Labcell® and Aptio® system to manage high-volume specimen processing.
From the moment a test tube is placed onto the automated specimen track, the Siemens Sample Manager and Aptio® Input-Output Module precisely recognise which analyser to direct the specimen and automatically route it to subsequent analysers for optimal efficiency. This reduces the number of steps required to sort, process, and archive specimens.
Quest has also invested in a Sysmex Haematology Sample Tracking (HST) line that manages thousands of blood specimens daily with minimal human intervention. The automated HST line reduces the occurrence of human error, improves safety and processing speed, while increasing the accuracy of test results.
Always committed to maintaining a robust and advance information technology systems with optimal redundant capacity, maximum system uptime and scalability are achieved so as to best fulfill customers’ needs.
Located at StarHub Green in Ubi, Quest’s main laboratory has the largest fully automated sample management system in Singapore with the capability to provide consistently accurate and reliable results.
Situated within Paragon Medical in the heart of Orchard Road, Quest’s satellite laboratory is strategically located to service the specialist clinics at Paragon Medical, as well as the medical centres at Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Gleneagles Hospital.
Quest also has a second satellite laboratory at Thomson Medical Centre, servicing primarily the hospital and the specialist clinics in the fields of obstetrics, gynaecology, and paediatrics located at the centre.
